BODYCHECKING CLASSES

These clinics are designed for players learning to hit and angle in hockey. Learn how to properly give and receive a bodycheck in hockey. Classes will be conducted on our synthetic training pad located on the second floor of Chesswood arena. Classes can be done with individual players or in a group. Please call now to set up your session.
